I. Product Introduction: This product is a single-component powdered adhesive with properties such as water resistance, mold resistance, yellowing resistance, strong adhesion, anti-aging, suitability for cold or hot pressing, minimal deformation, ease of use, and long storage life. II. Usage Instructions: Mix with cold water. By volume ratio: 3 parts powder to 1 part water; by weight ratio: 5 parts powder to 2-3 parts water. Adjust the water amount appropriately based on the application. Measure the adhesive powder, add 3/5 of the total water first, stir until dissolved, then add the remaining water. Mix thoroughly before use (use before gelation; gelation time is typically 2-3 hours at 25°C). III. Application Scope: Ideal for bonding bent wood, veneer, assembly, thin wood veneering, edge banding, particleboard, and MDF. It is an excellent adhesive for furniture assembly and wood bonding. IV. Storage Life: Contact with moisture during storage may cause the product to solidify and become unusable. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. It has a long shelf life when sealed, over one year at 21°C. V. Precautions: Curing time may be prolonged at low temperatures. Discontinue use below 10°C (except for hot pressing). VI.
